The workouts provided in the guide were excellent! I saw noticeable results after the first two weeks of doing the regulated work outs for each day. They are time efficient and there were ways of adapting a few of them to be more advanced. I also did cardio each day along with arms or leg exercises to raise my heart rate as many of the individual exercises were stationary. It was really nice having a planned out exercise set each day.
I love all these guides and I'm gonna to use them to get my body back to looking great after I have my baby :)
