I ordered this bottle after I ran out of Tight Tummy bottle from the bundle of 3. After the other two ran out, I alone was taking tight tummy capsules for two weeks before the next shipment arrived.
The time I was taking it alone I wasn’t working out at a gym, I go back and fourth at the office with a reusable water bottle in hand at all times, which helps drastically with the results you are seeking from these products.
The Tight Tummy internally helps with consumption which is very little ( appetite management ), Externally my tummy isn’t so flobby as it used to be due to gaining and losing weight throughout the years ( meaning drinking a lot of beer and having one child).
I do recommend all three products instead of taking this alone.

I love this product it’s amazing 😉!! I have lost 70 pounds since I started using tight tummy for her. I changed my eating habits and started eating more baked foods, fresh fruits, and vegetables. I snack a lot too but I make sure it’s different fruits. But I’m an overall excited about it I took it every other day after I ate breakfast cause I seen to not really have an appetite. My stomach has went down and I have noticed the difference especially in all my clothing, I wore a 2x in pants and shirts. I now can wear a medium or extra large in shirts and a extra large in pants but I only wear leggings so I’m going to go with a size 16!! But that’s way better than wearing a 20/22 in pants so I am beyond grateful and give this products 10 stars if I could. I recommend this product to any and everyone
