I'm happy with the workout plan so far. I would recommend it to anyone. The exercises are not hard but can be a little challenging trying to complete the last rep of each exercise. I cannot wait to see the end result!
This guide is amazing to follow and with eating right you'll feel and see results! I'm actually following this guide again, almost done with week 3 (eating right as well) and have already lost inches and couple of lbs. :)

I am always looking into new plans to recharge my body! This is one of the best fitness plans I have looked into. It is easy to follow, effective, and I have seen results. I didn't pay too much attn to how I look in the mirror after the 12 weeks, but the strength I built was clear! From day 1 to the last day it did wonders! Deff gave me more confidence!

I'm really thinking about getting this program... I work out at the gym and think it would be nice to have a guide when I'm not with a buddy but I worry its a waist of money. I want to lean up but I don't want to loose my curves that me and everyone else love so much! Any thoughts?

These are really great workouts and I love how they change every two weeks, perfect for muscle confusion and evading another boring routine. I'm about halfway through and have definitely seen a change in my muscle tone. Plus no cardio! Love this company :)
