Ingredients:

 

1 cup blueberries

1/2 cup nonfat milk

1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek Yogurt

tablespoon honey

3 to 4 ice cubes (or freeze the blueberries ahead of time)

 

Directions:

 

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Makes one smoothie.
