Fruit salad pops are so easy and simple to make. And they’re absolutely beautiful and so good for you. All you need is some white grape juice, your favorite fruits, and popsicle molds. Plastic popsicle molds are inexpensive and easy to find in stores, or you can make your own with small paper cups and popsicle sticks. What you’ll need: 2 1/2 cups of sliced fresh fruit. Softer fruits are best. Great choices include kiwi fruit, strawberries, peaches, blueberries, raspberries and plums. 1 1/2 cups white grape juice. 8 popsicle molds. Directions: Divide the fruit into eight portions and place a portion of fruit into each mold. Pour the grape juice into the molds until fruit is covered. Add popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 5 hours. The nutritional information varies depending on the fruit you choose, but each popsicle will have 35 to 50 calories and a nice assortment of vitamins and minerals.
