Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie Peanut butter is loaded with protein, healthy fats and minerals and the banana is loaded with potassium. This heart-healthy and energizing smoothie is an excellent way to start the day. Ingredients: 1 banana 1/2 cup light almond milk 1 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter 1 tablespoon honey 3 - 4 ice cubes Directions: Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth. Makes one smoothie. Nutrition Information: 330 calories 13 grams fat 51 grams carbohydrates 5 grams fiber 7 grams protein This smoothie also provides 23 percent of your daily calcium, 17 percent of your vitamin C, and 14 percent of your daily need for iron.
